meet the founder
My name is Kelly Coeur De Lion, I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and I have operated in the fitness space since 2016.
Falling in love with powerlifting, I quickly began supporting other women with their health and fitness goals. However, I faced my own battles and spent years focussing on losing weight and I found it exhausting! At times I felt lost, desperate and out of control. I honestly think I tried everything! I was consumed by the numbers on the scale and stuck in a negative cycle of emotional eating, negative self talk, and disappointment.
The only thing that remained consistent was my training, and my passion for supporting others with their goals. So, one day I decided to stop trying to lose weight and instead focus on my training, and the healthy habits I had built. As I shifted my focus that is when I saw the biggest changes, not only in my body, but in my mindset and how I viewed and loved myself. As a result I zoned in on my nutrition and began fuelling my body properly, finally, I saw the results I had always been searching for. I lost body fat, built muscle, increased strength, improved sleep and had more energy, but ultimately I felt incredible! I'm no where near perfect, but everyday I strive to show up just a little bit better, and I believe I can help you do that too.
I designed this program to do the same for other women, one size does not fit all and most of us need a tailored approach, and this program gives you just that. We identify your goals, assess where you are currently at, and build a workout plan that is achievable, pushes you and fits into your lifestyle, we take a deeper look into your nutrition, habits and put a system in place to support with any barriers that you may have.
My approach is gentle and designed to achieve sustainable weight loss, but overall empower you to do it for yourself! This is a mental game, that you will win if you give yourself the chance to! I am so excited to assist you with this journey.
